I have dedicated my life to ensuring all children get an appropriate education because I have a dream and a vision that all children are created equal. The children society tries to throw away are all here to make a difference, and if we let them, they will teach us what their purpose is. Since society hasn’t caught up with my ideology, I am working diligently with vision and hope because children, the meek, will truly inherit the earth and I pray there will be an earth for them to inherit.
All children are special.

“Quotes by Toni Saunders”
Adults spend too much time sitting in meetings talking about what should be done and not enough time doing it. Time passes, and still it is not yet done-our tax dollars hard at work.
If we had to pass a law to educate and include all children, how invested in that education was our society to begin with?
If we just ask the children what they need, if they are able, they will speak it to us, if they are not, they will show it to us. Some adults just don’t listen.
Education should not be a battle between children and adults; it should be adults imparting wisdom to the generations who come after them so that the world can become a better place than the way they left it.
If the parents knew what I know, I wouldn’t have a job. I’d rather be a teacher.
“The Quotes I Live by”
“If we give children the best beginning and the best education, they will be whatever they can be in this world.” (Dr. William Singer-Neurologist)
“Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere. We are caught in an inescapable network of mutuality, tied in a single garment of destiny. Whatever affects one directly, affects all indirectly.” (Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.)
“Some like to see things as they are and say why, I try to see things as they can be and say why not”. (Robert Kennedy)
“I am only one, but still I am one. I cannot do everything, but still I can do something. I will not refuse to do the something I can do”. (Helen Keller)
“There is no try, there is only do”. (Joda)
MONEY, TIME, & ENERGY EQUALS STRESS
A story for my great grandchildren of the future:
When I’m sitting in my rocking chair with my great grandchildren on my lap I’m going to tell them this story about my business as they look up at me in wide eyed wonder.
Do you believe that I was alive during the time when some children were not allowed to go to school? Why, I even remember learning about times when they had different schools for different people. Then laws were created, and everybody could to go to the same schools. I thought that the laws were great then, but very few grownups knew how follow the laws, so it wasn’t done right most of the time. So, my job was to help the parents and schools learn what their child needed to help them learn in school.
A lot of people spent their lives working to prove that their way of doing it was the right way. We’ll call that research, but very few people used the research to help them figure out what to do and how to do it. Then a president thought it would be a great thing to make it even harder for teachers to teach and children to learn, so lots of children dropped out of school, were put into jail, or were killed. Yes, my loves, I am telling the truth!
Then the law was updated, and still very few really knew what to do, so I continued to have a job. Some of the people in the schools didn’t want to give the children what they needed because they were so stressed out about money, time, and energy.
The great news is: one of the children that I helped to educate grew up and invented how to live without money. Tomorrow I’ll tell you the story of money and what we used it for. Another became the world leader and outlawed time. You see that thing up there with the numbers on it hanging on the wall? That was called an analogue clock, but it’s just an antique now… like me. Another one of my students became the owner of this big company that taught people how to save their energy. Anyway, now all children are educated, isn’t that great?
They’ll then look up at me with smiles on their innocent faces and say, “But Nana, what is stress?” and I’ll say, “Stress? I don’t remember what that is”.
